tk988 Terms and Conditions

General Provisions

tk988 is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between tk988 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the registered user of the platform ("Member", "you").

tk988 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.

1.1 Applicable Law

The interpretation and enforcement of these Terms will follow generally accepted international online gaming principles. In the event of any dispute, both parties will attempt to resolve the matter through discussion.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to create and use an account on the tk988 platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or participating in any gaming activity.

2.2 Accuracy of Account Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information — must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information will be considered a direct violation of the Terms.

2.3 One Account Only

Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited. If tk988 detects multiple accounts, it reserves the right to close all of them and withhold the associated funds.

2.4 Account Security

Keeping your login password and account information secure is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, immediately change your password from the tk988 Login page and notify the support team.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tk988 currently supports the following payment methods:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket
• Upay
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks)

No method outside this list is accepted, and transactions from any third-party account are prohibited.

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. No transaction below these amounts can be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. If verification is required, it may take a little longer.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

tk988 is committed to preventing money laundering. If a suspicious transaction is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended and additional verification may be requested. Deposited funds must be withdrawn through the same registered payment method used for the deposit.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000 (bonus capped at the maximum limit)

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus — on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Terms of Use

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Each member may not claim the welcome bonus more than once.

VIP Program and Cashback

tk988's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular active participation and consistent activity on the platform. Cashback rates and terms are subject to change.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Commitment

tk988 operates as a safe and reliable platform. All games run with SSL encryption and fair play technology, ensuring that outcomes are completely random and unbiased.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using any software, bots, scripts, or automated methods to operate games
• Any attempt at fraud or manipulation
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems
• Using or sharing another user's account credentials
• Applying coordinated betting strategies to exploit bonuses

6.3 Consequences of Violations

Engaging in the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure, all balances and bonuses may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
